Dear Mr. Patisso,

Just a note to thank you for all your help in financing my investment property at Winona Lakes. The project is progressing very quickly & I hope to have it complete by the end of next week, I have several potential buyers lined up & hope to be at the point to show it this weekend. I will forward you some pictures of the final project, just for you records & so you can see what a great job we have done.

I am looking forward to meeting with you to discuss the modular home project in Pocono Country Place. I appreciate all the marketing ideas you have given me, & I am eager to move forward and have a very prosperous 2007.

I am writing in response to a recent business transaction between myself and Matteo Patisso and his company Liquid Brick.

I was shopping for a short-term bridge loan until we sold our home, which was just about to go into contract and close within 45 days.

Coincidentally Matteo Patisso contacted me in reference to my home and we began discussing the financial and mortgage industries. I was intrigued by his business acumen and requested a face to face meeting, as I am always interested in widening my networking circle and professional business affiliations.

We met at his offices and he walked me through the story of Liquid Brick, and a short biography on himself. I was sufficiently impressed with what I was hearing and mentioned that I myself may be interested in doing a second mortgage with Liquid Brick.

Matteo said that although my specific deal was much smaller and decidedly different that what he normally does, he agreed and set out the parameters, which I felt were fair so I agreed.

Over the next two weeks we kept in constant contact and I provided all of the necessary documentation and we set a closing date. During this time Matteo was extremely professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and everything went along smoothly and effortlessly. We closed on time and there were no surprises, extra fees, or changes at the closing table.

In these past three months or so Matteo and I have developed the foundation of a strong friendship and business association and I would without hesitation recommend him to family, friends and business associates.

It is refreshing to meet someone in today's dog-eat-dog business world who carries himself in a manner that exudes truth, fairness, and a professionalism to everyone he meets.

Thank you very much for your e-mail. I feel lucky that our paths crossed, not only because we might do business together but because of the person you are.

Thank you for the kind words about my Mom and the help with my Dad. It's very much appreciated & thoughtful of you.

Doug Brown told me that he forwarded you some info that you needed, that you're going to review it and that you're coming to L.A. I know you're probably on a tight schedule, but if you have time to get together, please call. I live in Santa Monica/Venice, at the beach.

What you said about my work really means the world to me. I told Doug today that even though there are many investors in this world, I want to have someone like "Matteo" involved in my project/career because I believe in you and feel like you bring a wonderful energy to the table.

I want you to feel comfort in knowing that as an artist I understand the work and artistic creation that needs to be brought to the table by me. I also feel very lucky - - - It's not a coincidence that we met and after our first meeting we both agreed that I needed a great music manager... and out of nowhere - - - Doug Brown called within a few days (upon a referral from a producer/friend).

There's alot of music managers who I've met & who have wanted to manage me. But whenever I looked at their track record, they only helped artists to sell hundreds of albums so I always felt like I was better on my own. I had a difficult time getting a Lender to understand my situation and assist me with refinancing my properties.
